Caffe it's pretty bad, it tasted burned. The cookies that came with the Caffe tasted bad too. Staff was rude, giving orders screaming to each other. Even when they ask for covid certificate they were a little bit rude. Can't recommend.

I'm really not satisfied with service there.
The service, or the Waiter in exact can be more flexible. I appreciate the Work Stress, but the Customers are Customers. Specially in a place like Segafredo.
Once i asked him to change the Table, he asked to move out indirectly.. he was really horrible, and that was honestly unexpected. I wait usually to come München to drink Espresso from Sega, but now i must look to another place to enjoy in Espresso.
I don't recommend.. specially the Travellers.

The ‘service’ can’t be worse. I haven’t even ordered but I had to leave the bar. I was confirming if credit card was acceptable (because some places accept only cash). And the waitress was the most unfriendly I’ve met. She was yelling (yes, yelling) at me and told me only cash... How could I stay there and have a cup of coffee and chill in the morning as I expected. Just terrible.

Reasonable prices for the location, although I'd not call the coffee "coffee" in here ... it was genuinely disappointing. You might be better of with drinks though. Staff was quite tired/not very nice and there was a consistent strong smell of cigarettes inside, which made the stay completely unbearable. Payments by card only above 10€. Seems like we still live few decades back.

Very bad service. After waiting 15-20 mins for an espresso, I went inside to cancel the order, just to realize the order was just sitting around in a tray on the side. We ended up leaving anyway…

It was quite bad idea to go there the staff were completely unfriendly, we asked for a table the waiter was angry and she said she doesn't have time because she was cursing with other guests after they ask to pay 3 times without getting any respond..in total, it was a horrible time there and I really don't recommend this place to anyone.
