This hotel is perfect for large groups or families. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Even when we arrived a little early, they checked if there was a room available already and there was. They let us check in early at no extra charge and allowed us to keep our luggage locked away when needed on the day of check out. The room was a good size and clean, with towels and sheets being changed daily. I appreciated the water refill station in the lobby as well. Overall an excellent stay!

The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, cozy and at feel-at-home. Ladies at the reception were so kind to us and exceeded our expectations and proposed to us better conditions than we actually booked. The place has nice location, very close to Old town. Thank you for the great job you're doing for the guests of Munich! Highly recommend

Cheaper hotel for the area. Nice room, clean and not very far from the shopping area. Easy to walk to the pedestrian zone. The staff was great, helpful in English and German. Sadly the location and neighborhood were not very good, actually listed as the worst area in Munich. If you are not out wandering around in the night.. I found it to be relatively safe and manageable with the family. Overall we had a nice safe quiet time.

Very close to the heart of the city so you will walk by a couple strip bars on the way from the train station. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. Rooms are standard beds were ok. As noted on the website there is no AC but there was a standing fan in our room. It was incredibly hot. Bathroom was clean and tidy and cleaning staff was awesome.
The wifi was bearable but definitely NOT great. For instance it did not work in our bathroom but worked by the window enough to use it reasonably.

Delightful stay! Every single person on the staff was very welcoming and friendly and ready to accommodate every need. Would totally recommend to a friend. Walking distance to the main station, 2 stops from Marienplatz. The WiFi signal was a little weak in our room but overall that was not an issue.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. The staff are wonderful! The rooms clean and cozy but a little bit small. Shower is avarage. good wifi.

Good location about 10 min walk to main train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic rooms with little amenities. No AC which was hard during summer days.
