The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit noisy, and to get in and especially out of the shower you had to take a big step. If you're not so mobile this is an issue. The hotel was run by a lady and a gentleman. Order a drink and ask about his adventures, you will have a interesting conversation;)

We had a lovely time here! Well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, great location, and exceedingly kind staff. Our room was on the street side and the noise was absolutely not noticeable with the windows closed, I suspect the reviewers upset about it have never been in a city before.

Very low value for money: considering what you pay, you really do not get much...
Lack of cleanliness: I found long hairs in many places of my room; dust was almost everywhere; the shower had several mold spots; bed sheets had some marks; the shower did not drain water properly. There was an unpleasant strong smell of chemical cleaning products everywhere. Bed was ok but the pillows were very uncomfortable.

This is the best hotel we could dream of for a stay in Munich. Great, fun and very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and very clean rooms. A few minutes to the station and the main center full of attractions. We will visit this place again with a big pleasure

Clean rooms. Friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast cold but very tasty, there was a wide choice. Good location, main railway station accessible on foot.

Friendly staff, good breakfast that's included in the rate and one of the better ones I've had in Germany (staying in mostly 3 star hotels.)

I have stayed at this hotel with my wife for 3 days. I am giving the hotel 5 stars for the reasons as below:
-Great location
-Very clean rooms
-Delicious breakfast
-Very nice and kind staff, especially the receptionist Ms. Edlira, and Mr. Harry.
I would always comeback to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
