The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, it was dirty and used. A book disappeared from our room, we think a staff stole it. The breakfast on the first day was unreasonable. The cutlery was dirty and unwashed. The cups were gone when we arrived for breakfast and then the staff put new cups to the buffet. But the cups were not cleaned and came directly from the package.
An impudence!!

Suddenly at one night a loud noise appeared, the heater made such a noise and we couldn‘t sleep at all. It didn‘t stop, many rooms at the second building had this problem. (there are two buildings) For the next night we became a new room and this was the slightest the hostel can do. In general, I think most staff wasn‘t qualified for their job and we would not recommend this hostel at all.

We are school class from Austria and we hope you are going to find a better hostel for your stay in Munich:))

Our room was not clean at all and we complained a lot to the workers. They were really nice and helpful and tried their best to solve our problems. So the staff is amazing here, the place however not quite, that is why I gave 3 stars.

Rooms ok for a couple of nights. Rooms on the main street quite loud cause of the tram line in front of the hostel
Place a bit dull, cramped and dark in the lobby. Breakfast compared to other au0026o hostels not so great for the same price of 8,90€, not much seating area.
Staff friendly and helpful :)

The room in the shared space lacks ventilation. The facility doesn't have an external fan or ventilator. There are window openings that are somehow connected to the street and all street noise can be heard even though they don't solve ventilation problem.

The rooms are an absolute joke!

You don't expect much of a hostel but the rooms are in the basement with insanely dirty "windows" that don't catch sunlight at all.

Sanitary facilities where very dirty and in extremely bad shape.

I didn't expect much, but this was absolutely insane.

Very good located near the city centre so you can walk anywhere. Very good price and rooms were good. The bathroom was a bit old but for the price you get good quality and clean. Our room had even a balcony and was in the Innenhof, so no noise from the main street.

Clean, hygienic hotel. Service was also fine. However, the breakfast is not up to mark. It is always same every morning. No varieties, no change. Best part is, it is at walking distance from Hauptbahnof and nearby you will find restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets.
