Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Nice balcony with a view. Staff was super friendly. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked good.

Hotel is located so close the central station, staff was nice, cleaning is more than enough and room was very comfortable. It is one of best option around centre.

I booked 5 nights here. On the first night, the internet was down and I needed to get my work done. Likewise the following morning. So I told them that I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay since their internet was down and be refunded for the remaining 4 nights (I offered to pay the night that I spent there), but the young lady at the front desk refused and started yelling at me that I wasn't allowed to do that, and how dare I expect that I could cancel my reservation. She insisted that they first have the chance to fix the issue. They followed me to my room and spent 30 minutes trying to fix the issue to no avail. Afterwards, they still refused to refund my stay. They were incredibly unpleasant through and through. I had to take several hours during my work day to find another hotel that was available so that I could get my work done. I'm not sure if this is the standard for customer service in Germany, but I will take my chances on literally anywhere else next time I visit Munich. I had to go through my credit card company to get my refund, but this was a total nightmare.

Just for sleeping is great.
Outside and maybe the zone is not the best but inside its modern and nice rooms.
Good for a 2 days trip in Munich.

My stay: 3 nights with 2 friends
Cocktail suite with balcony
Overall: I van highly recommend hotel Fidelio

- great service. Check In after 10 p.m. was possible
- great breakfast for 8,50€ ish., Fresh bread, joghurt, tea, coffee, juice, wide variety of cheese etc.
- great location, just 10 min walk to main station, 15 Minutes to Munich city and to some bars and clubs

Very nice family run hotel. Simple but clean and well located. Breakfast was a standard continental set-up. The rooms were comfortable and fairly quiet. For the price you can't go wrong.
