Four of us just stayed for 7 days @ this hotel. We used this as our base for Munich and day trips in Germany. Loved the location and the rooms. Very comfortable and great shower. Attentive staff. We had a flight cancel from the USA and had to change our stay by one day. The hotel took care of this with no problem. So appreciated. There was a problem with the heat on in one of the rooms. Finally got that taken care of and also the use of a fan helped. My only suggestion, we had a person get sick while staying there (food poisoning at another location) we speak English and asked if the front desk could call to help find us an open pharmacy since we do not speak German and everyone was closed for Good Friday holiday. Was advised they were not able to make calls/help us. That is a customer service issue I think would be nice to change. Otherwise great stay and staff.

Very well maintained property with highest hygiene standards . The team at the front desk is extremely cooperative and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Being close to Central Railway station, there is easy access to trains and also other quick shopping. Tram and bus stops are just outside the front door.

Overall a fantastic place to stay in Munich.

Good and convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast choices were very good and covered a wide range of hot and cold choices, including some pastries and good breads. We had dinner one night at the Ottantanove and we were very satisfied with the taste and quality of our choices. The wine was good and reasonably priced.

Met all of our expectations for our family vacation. Easy access to Central Station. Requested extra pillows which we received but were removed a day later by housekeeping. Cleaning of the parking garage and inability to park there 1 night was an inconvenience that the hotel should have a better accommodation for when that work is scheduled. Would recommend this location to others.

I found the room fresh and welcoming, very light and modern. It`s location near the central station is great yey it was quiet in the room.
The breakfast was also good.
I found the Car Park complicated - I think a small map and explanation of the laminated access card would be great.

If you are looking for a place to stay near the Train/Bus station go for this hotel. The hotel is kind of new and you can see and feel it. The room is very nice, clean, quiet with comfy bed and AC. The bathroom is large and you will like it! The staff is very kind and helpful with a professional approach. Thank you!

Steps from a side entrance to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the heart of historic Munich. Great location with a delicious restaurant located in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable the service was friendly and helpful couldn't ask for more from a hotel.
