This place is great. I rent a bike for almost a week every month. Even though sometimes they are really busy, they always manage to get me a bike ready. And the rates are great too: the more you rent, the less you pay. I gotta hand it to the staff for doing a great job. Keep it up you guys! I highly recommend Pedalhelden.

My chain broke and they fixed it right away. Did some other adjustments and i continued my day with just a minor delay. Thank you very much. :-)

As a non-native German speaker, I've been taken advantage of by bike repair shops before. After reading the reviews of this place, I had a good feeling that my bike would be in good hands. I came to Pedalhelden to get my chain fixed, and was pleasantly surprised that the man working there had great bike English. He convinced me to get the "spring tune-up" in addition, to oil/wax everything up, "CHECK" THE LIGHT, and give it a good cleaning (which was fine) and told me that everything in total would be €47.50. Since I've been swindled before, I made sure that there would be no extra costs, and asked that they didn't do anything additional to my bike. Two days later, I come back to pick my bike up, and of course they installed a new bike light, and now they only speak German. I guess "check the light" is code for install a high-tech new light without the owner's prior knowledge. My new total was €78, even though I explained the situation and said I didn't ask for a new light, they remained firm that I needed one and assured me they gave me a "discount" on the light. I hate that this is the norm in this industry, and I definitely feel taken advantage of because I'm a non-native speaker. However, my bike does look great, so I'll give them that. Despite that, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

We ran the Gap Pop-up-Shop at Pedalhelden and the event was a great success! Pedalhelden hosted the event and provided a fleet of branded bike taxis, which gained a lot of positive attention around Munich. The Management team were extremely helpful throughout and did everything they could to make our lives easier. They were also a very friendly bunch and we enjoyed working alongside them very much. Thank you!
