Quite decent building, good location, connected with public transport and at the same time in quite peaceful surrounding. Rooms are equipped with good cutlery and kitchen utensils, coffee machine, microwave, although refrigerator is a bit small. Rooms are also very bright and bathroom is very nice.
Laundry room is rather small, but there's one for each floor, so it's not a big issue. Cleaning is performed once a week, and dish washer tablets as well as basic dish liquid detergent is provided. Although, no soap or shampoo. Towels are good and quality ones, no need to bring your own.
Internet was good, stable connection and no problems issues.
Most important, safe is in the room and wardrobe is large and sufficient.

I guess that in this class and price range, it's very good accommodation

Super central, huge shopping mall, mc donalds and subway station are reachable within 5minutes. City center is about 10 minutes away by subway. Apartmenthouse is located in the direct center of munich, offers big and clean rooms with a kitchen, television, extremely fast wifi, freshly renovated bathroom, new furniure and a klima. I, myself have lived there for one whole month and I couldn't have imagined a better and cleaner place to stay. The room gets cleaned once a week.

Shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. are located more than 500 meters far away. Bus station to centre more than 200 meters far away, approx. 5-7 minutes walk.

Not recommended for car drivers, there's no parkplaces.
