This shop has very less staff and a minimum wait time of 30min is expected. And most of the employees here don’t have a proper solution because of which at the end you might have to pay more.

Horrible costumer service, they cant speak english and they cant eaven give you a proper solution .the whole staff it’s a bunch of Handicap people.

I am totally disappointed in O2.... I am waiting for my internet and telephone number for my shop in Schwabing more than two months....this is unbelievable now in this days....and every time some other excuse. The last two scheduled appointments nobody come, nobody called.... I don’t understand that.

Only for one man who works in this Shop: Herr Harald-Dennis Bogdan and he is the best employee in the O2 for me.
