Horrible in hygiene and cleanliness. Right after my arrival, I noticed that the blanket and pillows had stunk and bloodstains that were not being delivered hygienic and clean to me.
In addition, there is a permanent and annoying sound of ventilation and refrigerator that is disturbing in the room, and the joy manager here did not care about it.
Instead of the manager looking into this, he tells me this is not a luxury hotel. While it costs EUR 1390 for 20 meters. And cleanliness is one of the essential issues. Unfortunately, since the manager was very young and inexperienced, he reported the lie to Mr. Lodge, who offered this place for rent. Generally, the firm treats the customer reasonably to get money and disappears to provide services and responses. The workers there were very irresponsible and recklessly cleaned the rooms. And some of the cleaner men behaved disrespectfully towards the provision of services.

We went here because it’s difficult to find accommodation that offers a landlord confirmation. It’s terrible. Rooms are small, dark and extremely hot (in summer). Washing facilities often out of order (offered through We Wash). Wi-Fi unable to maintain a video call. We went more than two weeks without a room clean. Also if you plan to work from there the power outlets in the desk have been permanently disconnected. It’s next to impossible to cook and the area isn’t great to say the least. Also at night expect large groups of people drinking until the early hours. One star is far more than they deserve.

Im a bit surprised about all the negative reviews tbh.

Yes my room got really hot, but when i mentioned it at the front desk they went above and beyond for me to make my stay better.

First they offered a fan, but when that did not helped a bit the manager decided to bring me a brand new portable airconditioner!

I could not be more happy because i sleep really bad in a hot room :)

I was originally staying here for 4 months but ended up moving out. The reception support is limited and mostly unhelpful. I was even made to move rooms halfway through my stay which was totally unnecessary! The kitchen facilities are very limited and during my stay the kettle was broke. There are no coffee making facilities as advertised and the limited gym closes at 6 pm.

first of all for a serviced apartment in Munich this is maybe the cheapest but only as a price because you will receive 4 star service quality.
the rooms are weekly cleaned, bed sheets and towels/soap/dish cleaning gel /waste are also changed weekly.
the washing/drying system on the ground floor is very comfortable and you can book it through a smartphone app. the staff is very friendly and helpful.
secondly the location is amazing you are 10 min walk from U.bahn station, three buses station on the same road, you're 10-12 min away from Marienplatz and Munich central station.
Many dining shops (Macdonalds,KFC) and döner shops are nearby.
many groceries stores also (EDEKA,ALDI SüD,LIDL).
Olympiaenkaufszentrum is the most famous mall here with many shops and brands to buy with restaurants serving delicious food.
Saturn is also on you way if you want electronic stuff.
a nice ride afternoon to olympiapark is worth it cause it is very near with the other U.bahn station.
definitely worth booking with joyn services.
but they could increase the number of washing/drying machines, 3/3 is not enough when the rooms are fully equipped and everyone wants to wash.
they could also add microwaves for the upper floors in common araes especially on the west wing where you need to do the whole Building Tour to reach the main hall in Ground floor.

This rating is mainly for check-in support and room quality. A huge shout out to Steven at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in after initial hiccup. Really appreciate his openness and friendliness to help the end customer.

The room for a single person was clean, well equipped and has everything on offer for a smooth settle-in. The free coffee during the day is the highlight and makes stay here absolutely welcoming. As I stay here for a month, I hope I can again give another 5 star rating after check-out (there is a minor repair in the bathroom necessary - let us see how quickly will this get addressed).

I was very angry with this Hotel for the unrefundable conditions. I have booked two rooms for my family and my friends during Ostern by Booking. But unfortunately my son got fever before we take the trip. I was contact with the Joyn appartment's stuffs friendly and very urgently twice. I was told them like, in this Covid situation, if we take a child who got fever to stay in your hotel, it might be very uncomfortable for other guests. I got 2 sheets from emergency of Hospital to proof this true thing. But I got the answer only with "We don't know the situation, we didn't get any message. You can only connect with Booking."
