I understand if there's much pressure on the workers there, but wouldn't expect such an agressive and arrogant service. This isn't the first time they act like that, but the last time for me that I came to any Zara because of this!

The worse customer service experience I ever had, the sales associate scream at me I because I didn't read the sign that was written in German and I don't speak German. And the worse even though I told her I only speak English she continues to treat me bad like it was my fault that I don't understand the sign.

Great sale selection on the lower level. I managed to get few items from the lower level. Prices were about 25 euros each. The lady at the register though did not speak English.
