The hotel is extremely nice and great
Rooms are amazing, toilet is clean and tidy, soup shampoo and body lotion is available + hair drier too. Shower is separate room. Bed is comfortable and the metres are comfortable. Pillows are nice to. AC in room is climate control and shift between heating and cooling is automatic. Each room have a coffee machine and and mini bar
Service is great and stuff are very friendly, all of them speak perfect english too.
Breakfast is open buffet with plenty of food variety, all kind of cheese and cold cut is available + egg station and drinks as well.
The hotel is 5 min walking from the city centre just passing the bridge

Rooms are clean but small and hot. The A/C made a lot of noise but not a lot of cold air. Staff is quite friendly, food is ok but too expensive for what you get. Especially in room breakfast is a joke for € 27.

Housekeeping could use a bit more training though. If a bottle of shampoo is half empty and you know that people are staying for more than a day, don't skimp and just put down an extra bottle. Same goes for the coffee cups. The devil is in the details and the lack of attention to certain of those details makes me think why this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

All in all 3.5 stars. Barely.

Really sweet staff and a good service.
Tv isn’t a smart tv so not able to connect with your phone, payments only possible with a credit card. The room is a bit old and one of our window shades was broken.
The location is amazing. There’s only a 2minute walk till you get to the “Altstadt”. Also positive to mention are the cocktails you can get and the bars and the amazing breakfast.

Stayed in this hotel in Jun 2022 for about 10 days and the service was great. The staff is professional and responsive. The hotel is clean and daily housekeeping/replenishment is great. Definitely a 5 star hotel!

Nice hotel in an excellent location in Lübeck, very close to the historical city centre and to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is nice, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was always friendly and supportive. Definitely it will be the hotel I will choose in my next visits to the city.

Best hotel in Lübeck, nice restaurant, great facilities and great service. If they add a few ev chargers to the parking everything would be perfect.

Very nice hotel...good location...close to City center...great food...and if you fel Lucky...there is a Casino!
