No one told us the tour was only in German, regardless of the fact that we asked for all the information in english, so they could be aware we weren't supposed to understand German. After the tour we made our complaint to the lady at the ticket office and she said it was our fault, because we should've asked before. Speechless. Avoid them, they just want your money they don't care to give you an enjoying experience.
