Extremely slow and inefficient check in. The entire hotell is non-smoking but smoke from the casino spreads through the hallways and into the rooms with the ventilation.

We paid 20€ for 1 day at the hotels own parking while the price at the communal parking just 50 meters further away was 1.68€ which included EV charging!

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was outstanding, nice and quiet and lots to choose from. Not at all crowded but possibly due to low season.

Great hotel in superb location. Short walk to city center. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a good variety of options, although it's a bit pricy at 18 euros per person. The hotel has its own parking lot but it's very expensive at 18 euros per day. I recommend to use the public parking lot right next it, where parking costs 6,9 euros per day and Sundays are free. You can also use EasyPark as well.

A nice hotel. But pricier to what u can expect. The breakfast buffet is limited but nice spread. Rooms don’t have aircons so can get pretty suffocating during summer. Has a casino in the basement where u can try ur luck. One restaurant with limited menu options. Closes at 10 pm and no late night snacks available. Staff seemed overworked and short in numbers.

Clean and well kept however basic amenities like a small refrigerator and kettle etc are missing ! Parking costs extra!

Everything is fine - its nicely decorated, nice amenities, etc. (though no coffee machine in the rooms); I had taken a small suite for a single night while waiting for an early morning flight. The check-in process was fine - parking was a little expensive (for having their own parking LOT (it wasn't a garage) in Lübeck - 14 EUR, but whatever. Further, they asked if we wanted to register a credit card for any purchases while we were there - well, we did u0026 then during check-out they didn't know anything about it and I had to run my card again (same card) and seperately pay for the dinner u0026 drinks...thanks for ignoring the convenience.
No, the hotel was pretty mediocre - but what set this place apart u0026 why the review wasn't just two stars was the service staff in the house restaurant. Outstanding!! Great energy, friendly, happy, helpful and made the evening a pleasure. The food was so-so (nothing to write home about, but good enough), but the experience more than made up for it.

Hotel is pretty well situated. Only few minutes away from City Center.
People who are working there are working there are really helpful and kind. I missed having small cooler inside my room and clearly there was a place for it but somehow they quit that idea. On the other hand you can find a really nice restaurant (really! I enjoyed the look) with tasty breakfast. On evenings you are very welcome to try hotel bar. It has its own atmosphere.
My room was situated at the end of corridor so I had pleasant and quiet stay with really nice view on city channel.
I recommend that hotel without any doubt!
