Good tour and guide.
Almost no city-tours in English. Luckily I speak German but wonder if the city really wants foreign tourists.

Shop and cafe are great, but not many leaflets or information in English. Staff at info point did not seem aware that the was an excellent self guided walking map for €1 at the shop desk. But maybe it was our ability to convey what we were looking for in German!

The toilets on the map almost can’t use but in the information station didn’t show that.
It is a really beautiful town but you better drink less or you have to take a long way to restroom.

We ask for information about places and monuments for visiting but the person didnt want to explain us anything at all. She gave us a map and we asked for aditional information but she invited us for check the map without any explanation. Besides, before gave us a free map she tried to sold us another one.

We were a bit disappointed with the guidance provided in English. Before us, a lady received much more information in German (for about 15 min). In our case, we were told to look at the info on a map that costs 1 euro.

No information in english. Visit was waste of time. I dont think the woman at the counter wanted to be there.

Good location, clean, but no breakfast and WiFi not working
