Vapiano is of course not a high end Italian restaurant but it's still very good, and the experience itself is fun. Nice place to have a meal with friends and family, spacious, and comfortable. I find the pizzas better priced and tastier than the pastas.

Amazing place for Pasta, they have a varitey of options and pasta is made in front of you and can be customised to your needs.

Chef can be instructed to customise the way you need at every step. Restaurant also has a nice ambience, they even have a bonsai olive tree in the restaurant.

This branch in Heidelberg is great. Food are amazing, and yummy. You should try pasta there.Restaurant is so clean. Personnel are really polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Just one thing wasn't satisfied.We ordered pizza and pasta with my husband. I got my order very quick, but we waited for pasta approximately 15 minutes. But, it wasn't a big problem. I already liked everything there. Thank you!!!

All the food here is delicious from pizza, lasagne, home made soups and fresh salads. And their fresh home made pasta are tasty and cooked to perfection. Prices are reasonable and restaurant is lovely to spend time in.

You may find queues at the 3 pasta cooking stations and may have to wait a bit before you can get your order in but it is worth the wait. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars...hope they can sort out a better ordering system when it gets busy at the pasta area.

This place was fantastic. Amazing food, fast service, great ambiance. T also has great prices. I don't understand the bad reviews... None of them are correct. Me and my girlfriend were not going to go because of the reviews but we were a minute way and when we walked in we were blown away.

Ignore the bad reviews. They are completely wrong.

It's amazing and I will be returning regularly.

We really enjoyed the food; we tried the pasta and pizza. Kind of interesting ordering/ payment process with their card system. It was pretty empty when we visited for lunch so we easily went to the different stations for food and drinks.
