All the nurses and doctors that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful! I had several visits and stayed a few nights over a week period.

I have never seen such rude nurse and doctor since I came Germany 10 years ago. First of all, they let my wife wait almost 4 hours although she has extreme pain and cannot even sit. There was no person with critical issue, but my wife. Secondly, after her turn came the nurse shouted at her and doctor insulted her. I think it is because we couple of times asked to let my wife enter earlier. We were not rude, but they were extreme rude.
The stuff of the Frauen-Universitätsklinik must improve their soft-skills!!!

1 star is already too much!!! Back in 2019 I was diagnosed with infertility. After couple of months we’ve decided to try the IVF and obviously because covid and the traveling restrictions, we’ve decided to try HD clinic after my gynecologist recommend it. BIG MISTAKE!!! I had a cycle with them and they collected and egg (without anesthesia, because they refused to give it to me - very painful). Despite my multiple requests of doing ICSI (more expensive, but with better chances of fertilization) instead of IVF, they didn’t care and they did IVF… OBVIOUSLY it failed!!! Now I had to pay for a failed cycle… NO PROBLEM, I’ve payed for it, because I was already informed about it… but this is not the actual problem, what makes me so mad is that they’ve run some test and they informed me wrong about it. When the doctor told me about this test, I’ve asked about the costs and she said that they are TOTALLY FREE , because they are made in the name of science and this tests will help the clinic with their research. I agreed, but months later here we go a bill of couple of hundreds euros and when I’ve look what they charged me for (knowing that I’ve already paid the couple of thousands euros for the failed ivf) I saw it was for this labs that were supposed to be FREE… ???? so yeah, this was my experience with this clinic… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY!!!

My wife had the operation yesterday and she could go home in a few hours. All well. Her foetus deceased in the 7th week. For the operation,
She was completeley anesthesized , so she had zero idea what happened in the Operation room. She said that It felt like those 2 hours did not exist in her life. I was joking that she should later check if her kidneys are still there :D

The first procedures were planned from 09:00. We left at 07:45. Normally it takes around 35 min. The morning traffic was too high (also near the hospital) that we reached only by 09:15, but the hospital staff were very accomodating. With full priority, she was taken for the first tests to confirm the death of the foetus. The doctor L. Mayer and team were really friendly and helpful. Next they gave all warnings related to the operation. By 14:00 she was in the operation theatre. We did not even see the doctor who did the operation and my wife was dozing off anyways. Its was some Oberarzt Fr. Blumenstein. Finished at 16:00. Two doctors came by, checked her status and explained us all. We didn't know their names, but they kept us well in the communication loop. She rested till 19:00 and we were out on the same day. Time spent at the hospital: 10 hours - 4 hours of productive time: 6 hours of waiting.

My wife shared the room with a mid 30’s German lady who came for an earlier delivery issue. She was in a helpful way pointing out all the waiting times, tasteless food and stuff with the hospital and asked us to take care about it. I told her that both my wife and I come from the third world. The fact that all these things exist and goes within a day itself is a shock for us. Moreover all of them are friendly and insurance covers everything. Then the lady went like “Yeah .. In this perspective, yes, it’s a very good hospital” :D.

Thank you Frauenklinik and Team

I have never saw such thing in my hole life. They throw out my wife from the sickroom, they couldn’t wait for me few more hours. She had a very serious operation just two days ago. When I was there, she was very exhausted and in pain. They should thank God that I don’t have enough money to sue them????

Appointment taken for 13:00, at 15:00 still waiting. More than 2 hours of waiting without any explanations. This is not very nice...
