Quiet a nice place to try Indian dishes in Heidelberg. Reasonable price and good food. You have to order above 25 euros for them to accept your credit card, so it is something to note here. Overall a good experience.

Simply great!
I lived in Heidelberg as a student previously and use to go to this place often.
After 4 years I went again a few weeks back. I was not disappointed and everything is still great. Affordable for students, delicious and worth every penny. Uncle at shop is very friendly, great hospitality.

Pretty good indian food.

Naan and biriyani was good.

Chicken tikki masala wasn't very nice. Simple rice with simple chicken.

A big disappointment. Bland, just basic slop on top of rice. I love Indian food but this tastes/looks like someone made an Indian dish with their eyes closed and forgot all the spices. Basically a self serve restaurant, wouldn’t recommend.

Fresh and tasty Indian food. The chole bhature and Samosas with Mango lassi was very delicious.

For an Indian who can't survive without rice and Indian curry, Raja Rani can be a good option. But I can't give more than 3 stars due to smelly interior, less authentic taste, and inferior quality. Quality of rice is very good though. But the quality of the curries can definitely be improved. Not overpriced at all and can be affordable.

Very disappointing experience with the way they serve food and the quality of food. It's poorly cooked Indian food and they don't seem to care about the quality.
