Beautiful hotel right in the romantic touring zone. The beds are soft. No air conditioning, we didn't need it.

We went for a day trip to Heidelberg and we stopped by this great restaurant in the Markt platz of Heidelberg, they serve great German food and we have good vegetarian options. Try the VEGAN BUDDHA BOWL and I am sure you will not be disappointed. Great place in the City Center and Great food tooo.... would definitely Visit Again.

I ate dinner at their restaurant twice , it was ok , a bit more expensive than other restaurants though. They have vegan an vegetarian food which is hard to find in Heidelberg

Set on a busy market square. Walking distance from everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

We had a lovely evening at this restaurant! Mostly traditional German fare. Both of our meals were excellent. The atmosphere was cozy and the wait staff was very friendly. Our waitress spoke perfect English, although we tried to do our best to speak German! Wine was excellent, and the Apple strudel at the end was top notch! We look forward to another visit soon and would very much like to stay in the hotel as well, as the location is perfect on the walkplatz near the castle.

Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when using your credit card. My family had lunch there yesterday (13/08/2021). I payed moth my credit card. And that same card was charged for 5€ in the evening by the restaurant. But we were 20km from there.

It was resolved the next day. The waiter had decided to add a 5€ tip to our bill... And they charged it after the fact.

Lesson learned. I now keep my Revolut card frozen, only unfreeze it when paying and freeze it right after. It won't happen again.

Pity as the food itself was delicious.
