Excellent comfortable room for a family of 4. Very friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast area and superb tomato soup.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Charming hotel,in charming part of town.Frendly family suraunding,they help us and let us check in In te middle of the night,even if reception dosent work at 2 o clock in the night,guy came from home!!!

Slow, grumpy service, overbearing, will try to sell you expensive starters, much better places around.

the hotel is very nice .roms are fantastic. but there is nobody in the reception to answer questions. we had to ask a waiter who spoke english.he was very helpful. after all a very nice hotel we had good nigt sleep there. ( very quiet)

I wanted to love this hotel... It is a beautiful building situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely tree lined boulevards, very idyllic. However, there seemed to be a general lack of staff. Check in was a bit confusing as the barman had to come and find our key. No one really told us how to find our room, where the breakfast area was... We were very much on our own. The rooms were large, clean, and we'll appointed... Everything was really nice, there just never seemed to be any staff around to help.

Dad and two boys. We stayed in a "family room" with two twin beds and a private bathroom. Room was much larger than I expected. It had its own sitting area with couch and a TV. There was also a wooden desk in the room. Bath was off of a short hallway. Overall a great place to stay. Helpful staff and a short walk to the tram stop. Room was clean and tidy. I'd stay again.
