The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast everyday was great as well. Having been to Heidelberg many times, in my opinion there is no better location and you certainly can't beat the view from their terrace, it's just amazing. My family and I enjoyed breakfast there in the morning and winding down in the evening.

The hotel location is fabulous. At the terrace there is a stunning view of the neighborhood. I can see the castle clearly. The carpark is at levels 5 and 6. This is convenient for guests who self drive. The hotel offers a discount off the regular parking price of 18 euro for one night and the price after discount is 10 euro.

At the ground level there is a restaurant for Japanese food. Opposite the hotel there is a Korean restaurant.

The family room is spacious. The bathroom has a big bathtub. There is also a kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, electric stove, electric kettle and microwave oven.

The reception staff is helpful and polite. The WiFi is working well. The room price is also good value for money.

We had breakfast at the café. There is a good variety of breakfast. The café staffs were very friendly and helpful. The children messed up but the staff cleaned up the floor right away without any impatience. We are very grateful to her. The other staff who served us was a friendly young guy who was always wearing a smile. I noticed that he did his job diligently while cleaning the tables. Thank you very much for your great service and we appreciate very much.

Although the hotel is a 3 star hotel, in my opinion their service deserves 5 star rating. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel.

Great hotel right in the old town of Heidelberg. It is right next to the castle and from the roof terrace you'll have an amazing view of it. It doesn't really matter which room you get since every room comes with it's own unique view of either the castle or over the town. Even though the location is great, it isn't all that makes this place a nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!

Location is really convenient. The hotel is on top of the parking building and the walking distance to the main square is less than 5min.
Decent breakfast and lovely views from the terrace. The room was quite small, and the hotel in general has small spaces as well but not too problematic.

Great location but customer service is the worst we’ve seen in Europe so far. We were attended by a gentleman called “Dimi”.
My wife and I had the worst experience so far in Germany. He belittled my wife in a way we had never experienced “EVER” before. Both of us felt so disrespected.

His first issue was that I booked a “single” room with the intention of hosting my wife and I. He explained that in that hotel “single room” means one person, instead of one room for two persons. And then everything turned south.

I won’t write a long post, but it’s safe to say that I will not bring my business back to this place.
