I would say that Ethianum is a 5-Star hotel and a 3-Star Hospital. I was there accompanying my 3 year old son who had just had a surgery in both his feet. Everyday in the middle of the night I would call for a nurse so she can help me take my son to the bathroom because it's a two man job when he cant step his feet on the ground. They would appear after 25-30 minutes. Of course he did not wait for this long everytime and I had to take him alone all by myself risking it.
This tardiness is unacceptable in case of an emergency if an elder fell down or slipped or if he/she needs help moving.
And sometimes when the nurses change shifts they have no clue when the next painkillers are due or what drugs the patient should take next.
Afterall, all you look for in a hospital is the cleanliness and the nursing service and the after care post-op.
The most friendly and helpful nurse was called Dana but she's only there in the morning shifts.
The hospital rooms are very spacious, new, and clean.
