Overpriced and disorganized with the bookings. Overall very good quality of the bed, bed sheets, room furniture, bathroom equipment. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Staff was super friendly, but unhelpful.

We've booked a room with two separated beds, but we've got a couple's bed room. When we talked to the receptionist, she said they've made a mistake but there's nothing they could do about it.

So they've made me and my friend share the same sleeping surface. We were kind of ok with it, but this made me feel like they didn't really care about us. They didn't offer any discount or anything.

All of that was without breakfast included for about 150 euros per person.

The location is perfect. One stop from Frankfurt airport. Then a 2 min walk to the hotel. The room was clean and very roomy. The buffet breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had.

We visited the Hotel as a large family (4 rooms) and we liked the large rooms. But the Hotel maintenance together with the room deep cleaning should be improved.
The bathrooms were small u0026 cleanliness could maintenance can be improved and the mould need to be removed behind the silicon joints.

The hotel is beautiful, so many different places within walking distance. The breakfast was well put with many options. Being a visitor in Europe. The "double" beds still confuse me. But still a great stay nonetheless.

The hotel is nice, but the beds were the worst! They were hard, springy, and it felt like I was sleeping on gravel. My husband called the front desk to see if we could move to a room with better beds, but the person told him that all of the beds were the same. We flipped the mattresses to see if the other side was better and when we removed the mattress covers, they were covered in brown stains. One of the mattresses was also stained. I would not stay there again, but the breakfast was amazing! One of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Staff helpful and kind. Quite a quantity of choices for breakfast. Clean and beautiful big rooms with very comfortable and big bed. Overall a great experience!

Strange experience. I opened a few windows and dust settled everywhere. It came from under the bed and from surfaces in the room. I told this to the receptionist and not a beat was missed when she told me ‘sorry’. I was wondering why my allergies hit me this hard. Bathroom is worn-out with cracks everywhere. The steam room isn’t working.

Still paying roughly 165/night. But luckily I received apologies. Next time I’m booking a different hotel.

Ps the pictures of their breakfast buffet wasn’t what I experienced.
