Summer or winter, whenever I visit Heidelberg, I insist on spending sometime at this retro-looking café-bar. The ambience is relaxing with wonderful service and friendly staff. Prices are fair. It is only 10 minutes walking to the Hauptstrasse which is the main shopping and entertainment venue in Heidelberg. Tram stop is less than 5 minutes far, while Heidelberg main train terminal is merely 15 minutes walking. I highly recommend a stop at this café. In summer, the outdoor sitting area is so relaxing.

Good vibe and good service at start, but we got moldy gluten free bread with our salad, with also quite some impotant ingredients missing from the salad (walnut/grilled almonds). Cocktails were way too sweet. We were charged the whole salad eventhough my wyfe ate half of the moldy bread before realising it was not eatable - they merely apologized!

The large Peperoni Hamburger was really good. Have a large outdoor seating area.

Great service, large portions, nice atmosphere. Large patio area outside and tables inside. Good prices.

Great location for a nice outdoor seating area. Must try their salads and great breakfast menu on the weekend days. Great staff too
