Bought Christian Louboutin Shoes for girlfriend for Christmas. Arrived fast to Ireland. Got at beginning on December so well over the 14 days when finally xmas eve She tried on and slightly too small. Contacted Unger and have dealt with a lovely Lady called Isabel. She helped me through the returns and although was only entitled to a credit note they refunded me the full amount as the model in question was sold out. When I wish to purchase her next pair I will once again use Unger as they made the whole experience so easily. Well done Isabel and your Company

No matter how irritated I am. I usually do not waste time on review a shop. But Unger had me.

At the cash desk I notice that she says something to her colleague that slowly spells me "you change, not return" only because I'm Asian? I think I understand the difference between Umtausch and Retour since I've clearly said Umtausch. Also no greetings when you arrive, I can understand maybe you thought I'm not going to buy anything, but still no greetings after checkout :)
For a pair of shoes, I've let all slide and swore that I won't ever come again.
Once i finally arrive home, and find out that someone got the shoes size wrong. One bigger and one smaller. My congratulations Unger I guess I must come back for YOUR mistake.

Has no controll over stock, so will not get my item since its sold from the store. Even took my money before they found out, several days after my initial order.
