Denkmal fur die Gefallenen der beiden Weltkriege is a monument to the victims of the two world wars. It's consists of a tall 21 metre concrete block and stands opposite the Alsterarkaden at the lock bridge on Rathausmarkt. The monument is virtually bare except for the words etched referencing the two world wars. Not much of a monument for such a huge sacrifice
