The place is nicely located next to the channel with a great view. It's not a real restaurant, it's more an extended café with some meals such pizza or roast beef with potatoes and salad. Most customers get a drink, a snack or cake. Staff speak English but there is no English menu. Also there is no free WiFi network. I asked to seat on the first floor to get a better view but it is closed. Some prices are expensive and not sure it is justified as they are very normal dishes.

Perfect place near water, service works very quickly, they are very friendly and helpful - cold and hot drinks there are just perfect! ;) You can be there relaxed thanks the atmosphere. ;)

Would not recommend. My first restaurant experience in Hamburg and I was shocked by the customer service. we wanted to order drinks and food. We have ordered drinks first and were still thinking about food. I was still holding and reading my menu but the waitot took it from my hands and handed it to other customer. So I guess I was not allowed to eat there. We finished our drinks and left. I hope my next experience will be better.

First of all, I just saw they made me pay €2 too much (very expensive beer). Second of all, the waiter who overcharged me ran after me saying I didn’t pay even though I paid the check with him 5 mins before. So yeah, wouldn’t recommend. Guy was also weirdly flirty.

Food was really good. Service was good until the bill came. He demanded a tip but never showed me the bill just told me how much it was. I was alone and he clearly was trying to take advantage of that. Totally ruined the experience. Would never go back.

The stuff was very professional. Food was delicious. I recommend everyone taking hamburg fish as main course! Pleasant view and friendly atmosphere :)

Only the cappuccino was nice and hot! I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon and it was barely lukewarm! Told the waiter and his response it’s normal it’s hot outside! Rude! I decide how I want my food!
