Ich kann hier die negativen Erfahrungen nicht nachvollziehen. Vllt liegt es auch daran wer wen betreut .
Eine exclusive Sonnenbrille von Cartier Santos war gewünscht was Europa weit ausverkauft ist da es um einen exclusive Brille geht dir die minimal hergestellt wurde . Eine einzige Brille gab es noch in Barcelona.Da HH Filiale in meiner nächsten Nähe ist wandte ich mich direkt an den Cartier Store neuen Wall mit der Bitte mir die Brille zu ordern .
Frau Wekeser , Tatjana war kompetent freundlich hilfsbereit und organisierte mir innerhalb einer Woche die Brille nach Hamburg reibungslos! Gestern Anruf von Tatjana bekommen das die Brille abholbereit sei und heute es abgeholt . Es gab keine großen Wartezeiten ca 10 min was total normal ist.
Frau Wekeser macht ihren Job ????zuverlässig und seriös Freundlichkeit ist selbstverständlich! Ich bekam sogar tel. 2x Anruf bezüglich Feedback ob die Brille etwas angepasst werden sollte.Unglaublich.
Auch in der Vergangenheit mehrmals hier Verkehrt bei anderen Mitarbeitern aber bis jetzt nichts zu beanstanden gehabt .
Daher kann ich hier die negativen frustrierten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
Immer wieder gerne wenn’s etwas besonders werden soll. ????????????????????
