Nice multi-level flagship store in Hamburg that also has a nice selection for men! I was served by a nice lady that spoke English not too well, but she was understanding and helpful. I bought a €600 document wallet.

Prada Hamburg uses the Global Blue tax-free company for international visitors; their location is almost next door in a shopping center's -1 level.

I saw a small lovely purse on the prada website to fit in my small cross body bags and I wanted to get it in the store.

I went there when they opened in the morning and the staff were not busy at all... three sales ladies just stood there when I came in and nobody seemed want to talk to or help me.

So I talked to one of them... they were all seem reluctant to help me...
And the service was so terrible that I immediately made up my mind to leave Prada and went to LV right across the street....

And bought two wallets there... one small, one long one.. And I am considering to buy a cross body bag at LV again..

Never again... Prada Hamburg...
