Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Well connected to public transport. On a noisy road though, so not great for those who like to vent naturally.
The breakfast is good! We had asked for a cot but none was available. So cannot say anything about that. The rooms are small though so hard to say where they would be positioned in the rooms.
Bed very comfortable, we liked that there were games in the room. The lobby serves as a living room it is not that big or very cozy but still great to hang out.
I'd stay again but not with baby.

Excellent position, close to the metro station. Had a problem with the heating the first night but they promptly solve it giving us another room. Patrizia was really accomodating. She definitely knows how to do her job. Staff was friendly too.
Continental breakfast with plenty of choices. Thumbs up for the free drink if you don't need room service, bar options and board games.

Good place to stay for free nights if you traveling alone:) rooms are not so big but overall I cannot complain. Very good option to skip cleaning the room in exchange for free drink:) Hotel is modern, they have Chromecast connected to TV for easy usage of your Netflix - nice!

Nice place. Very clean. Has a good style. Their breakfast is not bad too, as for it's price at least.

Some rooms have little free space. The internet may be slow.

Very good place to stay, good price/quality balance. Nice room, warm enough. Front desk personnel very helpful and with good attitude. I did not like the funny smell on the hallway and the fact that the cleaning crew always removes the electricity card so heat always goes off making it unpleasant during winter (asked the reception every morning to ask them not to, no success). I stayed more times, in the standard room and the deluxe room, attached one picture for each. Hotel is well connected to all transportation hubs in Hamburg, there is a food store across the street just jn case you want to buy a snack or your water. Also if you do not need cleaning you receive a free drink voucher for coffee, beer, water or other non alcoholic drinks.

It was nice and clean.
It was supposed to be a four-star hotel, but it wasn't. There was no mini bar (fridge). And no telephone in the room. Breakfast came in a box rather than a normal sitting place. I understand it's because of the time, but I'd rather eat at a coffee shop rather than pay for breakfast at the hotel. The problem is the lack of transparency and not the price.
