Expensiv, not clean, bad service, noyce from other rooms,. They dont clomply with agreements ☹️

First of all the staff are amazing, helpful and genuine. The location is fantastic, next to a u-bahn and a s-bahn and is still a nice quiet street with plenty of meal and drink choices near by. Beds are comfy and the rooms are warm. Great place to stay.

This was my worst experience in last ten years. Check-in was ok and I just left my luggage in the room which was small but looked fine. I returned around midnight and realised it is quite cold in the room and that the light in the bathroom doesn't work. I tried to call to reception but the phone didn't work neither. In the morning I went down to have a breakfast and the staff didn't even reply to my greeting and didn't care at all that there are just tables with a mess from previous breakfasts. The breakfast was very poor in general and doesn't worth the 7€ they asked for. Try to avoid this place!

The shower is really tiny and so is the single room no. 10! Owner is very gentle and room was clean! I would recomend it for one night!

Great hotel hidden in a small package! Welcoming service, good breakfast hours, and lovely rooms, with either street-facing windows or a garden-facing balcony. *Very* spacious, especially considering the best thing about Marco Polo: The amazing prices! Five out of five, will definitely be returning!

We booked and paid for a single large room for 6 people and were separated into two rooms. The booking stated Breakfast included and it was not. It was 7 Euro per person and was a crappy bread and spread selection. One of the rooms we were given smelled like cigarette smoke, and when we told the receptionist about it he brushed it off even though we were grossed out and wanted the room that we originally paid for that was not available for some reason. We had a crappy experience. Oh and not to mention we had to drive around for 20 minutes looking for parking on the street because there is absolutley no where to park at this place.

Very large room, nice staff, good position near the underground station. :)
