Als ehemalige Trainerin vor Ort kann ich sagen, dass die Frauen die dort trainieren toll sind! Sie sorgen für eine motivierende, spaßige und gleichzeitig entspannte Atmosphäre. Die ehemaligen Kollegen sind engagiert, wissbegierig und immer am Wohl der Damen interessiert. Es wird so lang gefeilt, bis sie zufrieden sind! Und kommt mal eine der Ladies nicht, werden sie so lang "genervt" bis sie wieder zum Training kommen und gemeinsam mit anderen und den Trainern ihr sportliches und gesundheitliches Ziel erreichen können!
