We booked a Sprinter (LKW) weeks before moving out from apartment. They charged money.We were sure that such well known company will do their job.
But... They send us email in the evening before we moved out, that they canceled our reservation ????
At 22 p.m. we called them and they told us everything is okay, come tomorrow your car is waiting for you...
But what a surprise, when you are in their office, one hour before moving out, they say that :" sorry, we don't have any Sprinter for you. The others booked for weekends" ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
We need to move out TODAY. We booked it, paid for it and your Hotline assured that our car is waiting!!!

This is a very bad company!
