Stay away from this place, i was travelling to Switzerland for a funeral but my car broke in Germany in Lubeck, because my own car was broken, so my insurance from Denmark send to this place to rent a car, my insurance will pay for the rent, the car should be ready when i arrived but no i took almost 4 hour to give me a car for rent, one of the worst service in my life and i have travel a lot.

Unfortunately I was let down by this very poor service.
They didn't accept my drivers license and it almost ruined my planned trip.
Fortunately I could manage a last minute booking with SIXT and my trip was saved.
Same drivers license, but different company and everything ran smooth without any problem.

We booked a Sprinter (LKW) weeks before moving out from apartment. They charged money.We were sure that such well known company will do their job.
But... They send us email in the evening before we moved out, that they canceled our reservation ????
At 22 p.m. we called them and they told us everything is okay, come tomorrow your car is waiting for you...
But what a surprise, when you are in their office, one hour before moving out, they say that :" sorry, we don't have any Sprinter for you. The others booked for weekends" ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We need to move out TODAY. We booked it, paid for it and your Hotline assured that our car is waiting!!!
I really hate how you acting to people!!!
It is the worst thing that you can do!

This is a very bad company!

Don't oder here, they are not trustworthy!
You will lose your money, time, health...

Awfully service. I was one day before for reservations. They checked my passport and driving license. The next day I left my hotel with my Baggages and they told me sorry we can't rent the car because your licence is not international. I used Europcar very often before Corona. Because the guy sitting there is so unqualified he could not check my documents. So I stayed outside without car , without hotel in this Corona time. I am very upset. Awfully service and awfully staff ????????????????????????????????????

Another great rental experience. We got an audi A6 for around two weeks and the whole process was very smooth.

I always rent cars when I’m abroad, never had a problem using my drivers license until I came here. The guy insisted I needed the international driver’s licence—not required for most tourists, so I had to waste an hour going to the airport, where I, of course, had no problems renting a car with the same company.
Avoid this location, just go to the airport.

A friendly front desk worker, unfortunately the station manager is awful. A family of 4, we have made premium rentals in many places but have never experienced the style of this particular station. In order to extract a range rover from them we had to be treated like criminals despite multiple forms of ID etc. We walked away after being told the car couldn't be driven to Italy (Europcar website "help" at booking had said this was no problem). The final insult, having 1400 euro refunded after 10 days! Absolute shambles from top to bottom. Actually Sixt is a consistently superior experience I highly recommend not using Europcar, especially for premium rentals.
