I liked it there, but I had the feeling that my physical condition, my resilience and my endurance did not play a role, they wanted to see me suffer! It's very different here! During the trial training I already had a very good feeling, was asked about my plans, why I do EMS and this is how the whole trial training turned out! I was asked if everything was okay, if it was still possible, that I should report if it was too bad, I felt well looked after, as it is important with this type of training! The other training sessions were just the same, I do the units with a friend who complained about back pain afterwards, the plan for the day was re-modeled and we trained the stomach so that something could be done directly against the back pain ! So we are in very good hands, the team is nice, everyone has fun and they understand what their job is!

Ich bin Einsteigerin beim EMS Training! Ich hatte in einem Studio in Pöseldorf den ersten Kontakt mit EMS, bei einem kostenlosen Training! Es gefiel mir dort zwar, jedoch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass mein körperlicher Zustand, meine Belastbarkeit und auch meine Ausdauer keine Rolle spielten, sie wollten mich leiden sehen! Das ist hier ganz anders! Beim Probetraining hatte ich schon ein sehr gutes Gefühl, wurde nach meinen Plänen gefragt, warum ich EMS mache und so gestaltete sich das ganze Probetraining! Ich wurde gefragt ob alles gut ist, ob es noch geht, dass ich mich melden soll, wenn es zu dolle ist, ich fühlte mich gut betreut wie es ja nun mal bei dieser Art des Trainings auch wichtig ist! Die weiteren Trainings gestalteten sich genauso, ich mache die Einheiten mit einer Freundin, die bei dem einem mal im Anschluß über Rückenschmerzen klagte, da wurde der Plan für den Tag umhemodelt und wor haben den Bauch trainiert, damit direkt was gegen die Rückenschmerzen getan werden konnte! Also wir sind sehr gut aufgehoben, das Team ist nett, machen jeden Spaß mit und verstehen was für ihrem Job!
