Terrible experience! Was kept awake the hole night by other guests and the next day the reception told me they couldn't give me a refund for the night. Do not pick this hotel, if you would like to sleep :)) ALSO the AirCon didn't work at all - which was a nice feature during the heat wave

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transportation.
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast was exceptional.

I was sure this Premier Inn would be great, just like the other ones. Super comfortable bed, no too small rooms, clean hotel in general and super friendly staff. Unfortunately though the parking costs 24€ per day for everyone including hotel guests. That is a bit expensive. The breakfast was very good and the location speaks for itself!

Very nice location for the hotel. Close to Reeperbahn but still rather quiet. Has many nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Our 3 day stay was problemfree.

The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom is a good size.
It was very quiet in the room, you could hear the occasional slamming of doors and the elevator going up.

It was very clean and tidy except for a bit of dust here and there on the baseboards.

Highly recommended for a longer stay ????.

Sehr gut zu erreichen, ca 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten U-Bahn, vor Ort gibt es aber auch ein Parkhaus.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig und das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Größe.
Es war sehr ruhig auf dem Zimmer, gelegentliches Türenklappen und den hochfahrenden Aufzug hört man.

Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, bis auf hier und da etwas Staub auf den Fußleisten.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen ????.
