The hotel is situated in a free eat location for our stay and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. This was the third time we have stayed here as it’s been perfect for us.

Room was generally clean but very poorly designed (no socket near the desk for laptop). Bathroom was a tiny cabin. Breakfast was good!

Just a few nights stay, enjoyed the close proximity to St Pauli attractions and public transport.

New style Ibis rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Good location by St Pauli Station. Clean rooms. Only disapointment was the breakfast ( Corona times ) very limited including day old dry bread.

Great location close to the fairground and the Reeperbahn. Smart and clean rooms with a comfortable bed, big flat screen, fast Internet. Friendly and efficient service. Good breakfast in the morning and excellent value for money.

Excellent location, and good facilities. Couldn’t really pick a fault with the hotel, well worth the money we spent. And Hamburg as whole was a great experience!
Would defo return if I came back to Hamburg!
