Receptionists were nice and helpful.
-One downside was a bad tidiness in hotel room and on the hallway.
-Breakfast was decent.
-Perfect location especially for tourists (close to Reeperbahnstraße)

We did stay at three person room for 4 nights. Only one time two of the beds were bedded. Trash was not also picked up our presence in our time.

Good hotel for its price!

An "un-eventful" stay, which is the best compliment you can make for a business travel. Check-In well prepared, parking in house (and parking fee discounted), room already available short after noon, quiet room on 6th floor and breakfast at affordable price. Room was clean and "ibis" like - as expected. A good nights sleep on comfortable bed and climatized room. What else you want?

Small rooms and super tight bathroom. No water neither coffee machine in the room. The TV remote wasn’t working. Elevators were slow and outdated.
Super cheap bed, mattress and pillows.
No water bottle available to buy at the reception. The staff were ok but except one gentleman, the girls were so rude and unprofessional. No smile and not even looking at you while you were talking.
This is not even close to a 3 stars hotel let alone 4.

Registration form had to be filled out by hand despite all guest data already present (booked via bkng). Light switch in room dirty. Light switch at bed triggered spontaneously througout the night.

Strange smell in the floor und the rooms need to be renovated! The service and the location of the hotel are top!!

1. Dirty floor.
2. No air ventilation in the toilet.
3. One out of three beds wasn't made, seems like the staff forgot it existed.
4. Friendly enough staff.
5. Perfect location near the famous Reeperbahnstraße.

It's a budget hotel, at budget prices. Ideally located, clean, sufficient and with helpful staff.
