The room was very nice - super clean and well-equipped. It's not huge, but more than enough for one person and fine for two. I got a room facing the courtyard, and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful also.

You know what you’re getting with a premier inn and this one hits all the right things. The bed was so comfy and the pillows are amazing (choice of soft or firm). Blackout curtains were a must!
Only disappointment was that when we came back late one night we asked whether the bar was open and we’re told to go down the road to the premier inn bar as that was 24/7. Walked in the rain to the door to be told they were also closed. We’d still go back here if we found ourselves in Hamburg

Really good hotel for both going to the trade show and Reeperbahn. Clean and newly built hotel in the middle of Hamburg. Only issue was the big road outside with traffic all day and night. No possibility to have the window opened at night. Observe no bacon during the week, only weekends. Subway station St Pauli is just around the corner. 5 min walk to the harbor. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

group check-in took 40 minutes! in no other hotel was it taken so long, and all the passport data was already in the staff's possession! staff is slow! at 2 am it was very annoying! Internet unreal slow!! 3 mbit/s - its like in 17 century! I cant do my work! Only with paying 10 euros! the rooms are new and nice, but the settlement spoiled all the impressions!

One star for the rate, one star for the assistant manager of the branch, rest is terrible!
Zero flexibility from the hotel and poor performance of the reception desk team.
I have to check out, book online in front of the reception desk and check in again to extend my stay.
Expect zero customer service or even a smile from the reception team!
It's like a camping site, sleep, shower and leave!

Great price/performance hotel. We stay with our 8 month old baby and everything was perfect. Close to U bahn to go city center if you don't want walk.

When I booked the hotel I wasn't expecting much because of the low price. The hotel was as nice as any Hilton or Marriott could be. Newly furnished, clean, incredibly comfortable beds, and very convenient parking in the basement. There's also a very nice lounge area with a full bar. I was very impressed! Very friendly staff too.

The hotel is exactly one block from the beginning of the Reeperbahn, and it's just a few blocks from the port and Portuguese quarter. You can't go wrong with this place
