This was an excellent hotel with an amazing location walking distance to many attractions.

Service was excellent, prompt, accommodating and professional.

The hotel and rooms were clean, as were the showers and bathrooms.

The sheets were a very nice textured cotton, the pillows were comfortable and the bed was firm.

The only issue was perhaps the small size of a single room versus the cost.

Otherwise, superb.

A family visit to Hamburg by 3 of us. Hotel’s reception staff were very professional and helpful. Room was of thoughtful design, making sharing for 3 of us easy and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in Hamburg.
- People were friendly and nice
- View from the windows were pretty
- Water that hotel sells was a bit too expensive (should be cheaper especially because customers have to walk to a separate room to buy things)
- Mostly a self service hotel, kind of cool!
- Clean hotel in general
- Nice vibe in the bar inside the lobby
- My room was pretty spacious, however, there was not much place to put your things and clothes around. A small sofa or chair is necessary
- Workspace desk is too small

Visiting Hamburg for a business trip, this is the closest hotel to my clients. Staff is kind and speak English, room is nice and quite, at third floor there is no noise from the main road. From the airport it took about 45 minutes by underground and bus at low cost. The room has new and modern furniture with a nice bathroom. The room is nicely decorated and you can open the window to get outside fresh air. Free wi-fi fast and easy to connect. I'm surprised the minibar is empty, there are no UBS plugs to charge mobile phones and devices. There are just 3 power plugs for charging mobile/devices and badly located. The TV has over 50 channels, only 2 English news channels but no movies. I didn't find a welcome kit about services available (room service is available?) and info about area/city. Breakfast is not included in the daily price. The lift needs the key tap to run, it's probably for security reason but very annoying, most people in the lift don't understand how it works. So the wait for the lift is always very long.

Stayed one night, reasonably priced comfortable clean room, parking nearby, and courteous professional staff. Centrally located and easy walking to multiple attractions. Would I stay there again? Yes.

First of all, the hotel has a great location being ing the speicherstadt and the hafencity. The room was for 2 people in a medium sized room, #586. there’s a tv with all the tv channels, an extremely comfortable bed, a safe, a mini-fridge, and a card game and a board game. The hotel has a rooftop and a lounge, you can rent bikes and have breakfast. The WI-FI is very fast and works very well. We got a corner window room, which I think is the best. The room also has a desk. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for three nights.

I liked it - clean, cosy rooms and nice staff.

Restaurant area is a pretty cool and the decorator has obviously both had a good time and a pretty decent budget ;)

Hotel is not super centrally placed, if you want to go downtown a cab or scooter is probably needed.
They do have bike rentals in the hotel though, big plus for that.

Staff was welcoming, spoke good English even though I really wanted to use my somewhat rusty “Autobahn Deutsch”

My AC in the room was not working properly, it as soon as I mentioned it they sent a tech to fix it.

Overall - would come back :)
