The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful!
The room was clean and very comfortable. Lighting was great, bedding was heavy, yet pleasant. The water temperature and pressure was excellent and size of the shower was more than we expected. The only item we were not too happy with was the softness of the mattress as my wife is a belly sleeper, however, that really is a pure preference and not everyone will be pleased.
Location was excellent, right in the Speicherstadt! Everything else was only a few bus or subway stop away,

Overall a very pleasant stay at a very comfortable property.

The staff overall was very friendly, especially in the hotel own restaurant. Nice little gym with some weights, but ofc it can‘t offer the wide spectrum of fitness devices. The bar is very cozy. Also the breakfast was very nice the only bad thing was the taste of the coffee.

Nicely designed hotel, clean, modern and pleasant. Weird window blinds that close automatically and ours were closed for all 3 days making the room very dark. Staff said they have no control of the blinds.

Nice cozy hotel. Parking need to be paid separately next to the hotel,but everything fine.

Really nice location, conveniently located next to a bus stop that brings you to the train station and other major attractions in Hamburg. Rooms are relatively spacious and they typically give the higher floor units. Breakfast was across the hotel, pretty good spread. Went during the Xmas period, and it was probably low season as I only met a few other tourists during my 4 nights here. Sauna was pretty good and the rest area was nice to relax, although they should probably put up signs on the dress code, behaviours, etc at the sauna for guests.

Great hotel, we really liked the stay. Sauna is amazing. We parked in the parking house right next to the hotel. On the first floor of the parking house, there are some places reserved for hotel guests and there is a direct entrance to the hotel, with a small lift if you have heavy suitcases. Room was nice and cozy, rather smaller but for us it was totally fine.

Excellent property with a rather incredible value for money, considering the location and the high prices of Hamburg. We had a suite on the 7th floor with a balcony and an amazing view of over the canal and the city. Room was impeccable and the service friendly but professional.
We also enjoyed the little cosy bar. Unfortunately they couldn't serve food due to Covid restrictions, but the drinks were spectacular.
Just a couple of minor nitpicks: why the bathtub and not a shower? It feels odd to shower in a bathtub using the plastic head.
Please, please replace the photographs on the wall with either some paintings or just hire a better photographer. The art in the lounge of the hotel restaurant is much more interesting and much more connected to the place.
