The first room we got smelled of cigarettes. Asked to get a new room but got offered a much smaller one.

Asked for refund but the receptionist was rude and did not try to help us out at all.

Overall, the hotel was very worn down and the rooms were old and small.

Would not recommend anyone coming here even though it might be cheaper than other alternatives in the city.

The hotel itself was okay in comparison to the price but the service was terrible. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our room after the check-in time and they just told us to wait in the lobby without any information so we had to ask several times if the room was ready. We also asked them to call a taxi for us and they just ignored us so we left. Probably won’t return next time I’m in Hamburg.

Expensive and deny to checkin even 10 mins early!! I dont know where this complexity come from but for the paid money, it could have been better.. toiletries are cheapest, duvet covers dull or old and nothing much appreciative

Unfortunately, you have to push the button in the sink before let water running. There is no thingi behind the water tap to open the button in the sink. But that is "normal" and based on the reception, already alot of ppl complaint because they dont know, how the sinks are wirking.... nice commenting from the help desk

The stay was good, the rooms were okay. The location of the hotel was quite far away from the city, but well connected to public transportation.

Rooms reserved for foreign visitors, and their experience was very average. Very old fashioned rooms and interior, but staff was friendly. The noise levels from the street is unbearable and will never book in this area again.

,just include breakfast as you are charging good max fair
