During my stay, I let the front desk know that sewage started backing up into the shower, and went to a different hotel in the meantime. After checking out, I received an email blaming me for leaving the room in a mess without saying a word and charging me a cleaning fee. Keep a thorough paper trail of any problems you encounter and follow up.

The staff here are really nice. The room is bright and clean. Nice view of trees from my window.

Free Parking was available on site, corridor was noisy in the morning, cleaners hoovering started 8am, I did not have my towels change for 4 days
