The most helpful staff and owners. We showed up late night without booking confirmation, and the owner came to help us with a room. It's family business with very human approach to every traveler. Just be nice and patient with people around, and enjoy every minute in Hamburg :)
Book with confidence! Very safe and clean place. Spacious parking next to the property, and train station in walking distance. Reasonable price. Fully equipped kitchen on every floor.

We recieved the key before our room was cleaned. The door was left open and it was clear that the room had not yet been cleaned. To take advantage of this, we decided to leave a small pen mark on the dirty bed sheets to see if they will change the sheets.
After waiting an hour, the room had finally been "cleaned" and we went inside. We checked to see if our pen mark was still on the sheet and it was there. This meant that the cleaner did not change the sheet from the previous guest and simply put it back on the bed.
We told her that we did not think the sheets had changed and she assured us that they were new sheets but this was clearly a lie. Eventually she changed them.
The rest of the room smelled of smoke and was very dirty as you can see in the photos.

Well located hostel, rooms were large with thin walls and mostly bunks. Place was generally grubby and a bit worn down. Toilets were clean and perfectly usable. Very cheap and get what you paid for. Place to sleep, wouldnt plan on spending any time extra there

Worst I ever have,people living there so help but management the worst I ever SEE really disater.last place to stay K357not go too this place.they just want y money,any help after.all hostels in Hamburg will by know my opinion.Please not stay in this place even one day because any problems if u have they not help u.money money money.nothing else my worst place when im stay in my live but people very goood danke for Bulgarian,Macedonia.Romania very good people thanks

They were unable to honour our reservation, and wanted us to pay 50% more for an accommodation located 20km out of the city! Don't book them or consider no place to stay for a night..

The service was horrible, they just worked in the afternoons, and they weren't accessible. The quality of the rooms was usual as expected, but the toilets weren't clean enough alognside with the showers. The location was far far away from the city centre.

Clean safe near to the center of the city very helpful and polite personal the rooms are cheap and really good cozy and comfortable toilets are clean and the parking area is free for the whole time
