Terribly rude staff. We bought coffee and a smoothie from here. Due to my medical condition I cannot have drinks with sugar. When I realised the sugar content of the smoothie is high I immediately requested to return it (after making the payment). The lady was very very rude and unhelpful. She blamed me for returning something after asking for it. I tried explaining but she spoke angrily and kept me waiting to return my money while mumbling to her coworkers. None of the coworkers also attempted to help. When I was requesting to return my smoothie I was the only customer. But within minutes more people came, so I understand that there were customers and this caused them inconvenience. But this is NO WAY to treat a customer, who wants to return an item immediately for a legitimate reason. Never going back here!

Not a good coffee. 1 small cappuccino costs 2.80 and its a machine coffee which you can get in 1.40 from nearby Ditsch.

I bought a medium milchkaffee for €2,90 which seems quite expensive as it was from a coffee machine and tasted quite watery. The only upside is there are a few seats so you can sit while waiting for the train.

I was at the Central Station in Hamburg and was looking for sandwiches for a friend and my husband who was unwell and resting at the hotel where we were staying nearby. Without his help ( he can read and understand a bit of the language ) I was lost, not knowing the content of the sandwiches. I needed someone who could speak English. A very helpful and friendly person approached me and gave me details of the content of all sandwiches in English. He guessed my nationality and said in clear Urdu if there was anything else I wanted. I asked him where he was from and turned out that he was from my city and then we broke into our own regional language. It was a very pleasant experience and he was very helpful with his tips and treated me to free coffee.
If he reads this, he would surely remember me. THANK YOU u0026 God bless you.

Bit expensive, but that's expected at the location. Food was OK.

Conveniently placed bakery with the usual baked goods. Usually very busy, offers many to-go options. Great whole-grain bread.

Very unfriendly and awful services. I’m very disappointed to Berlin because of this shop.
