Hamburg Tourist Information

I told the woman there that I had one and a half day to visit Hamburg and needed some information. Here her exact answer written: "Here you have a map, turn left when you leave to go to the center". I wonder if a machine dispensing maps wouldn't be much more efficient.

If I could give a minus I would awful how we were treated emailed today no reply! Bought a ticket that allows you on public services also on a train from airport to Hamburg to be greeted by conductors who accepted my receipt then two security officers got on and gave us a fine of 60 euros each explained not here for long and I had paid and showed proof. No we had to go and pay the fine. I was really upset ruined the 2 day break and spend 3 hours the next day trying to find the place we got it sorted in the end but no way woukd I treat people like that. The man at the depo was vert helpful but Defo will never go back

Only 2 people (old people), that just give you leaflets and maps, but they don't want to answer or take too much time answering your doubts. "It's all on the leaflet" was his answer. Terrible customer service.

I don't feel very satisfied, but it's ok to buy some bus tour.
