Never had such bad food at a McDonalds - it was cold, dry and bland. The extremely rude staff insulted me and said “oh my god” for not being able to speak German. Never again - spare yourself the torture of visiting this restaurant.

The worst experience ever. The guests line up until outside. They only operate two self-ordering machines. There is no clerk to order food. to my time. The clerk starts to order. Self-service ordering machines were all turned off without notice. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the world

Never seen such a dirty Mcdonalds. I can understand that there are lots of people and it must be rush hour all day, but have the decency to clean the space. I didn’t knew where to eat between the open garbage in the middle of the restaurant, the sticky tables and mountains of melted Mcflurrys on the bar table. Seriously, what is this place? Nobody seems to respect the health procedures in this restaurant. Awful experience!

Perhaps the owner should remind the managers that customers are not there to anoy them, but instead they play a vítal role in conducting business. The manager yelled at us when we tried to explain that we would like to finish our meal before they'd clean our table. The burger as well as the fries was resting in the heating box for a while so it didn't really fulfill the MCD standards I'm used to from my country. Overall not a good experience.

Came here for a bit a late night dinner as it was in the train station, close to my hotel and also served vegetarian food. I got the Vegan Burger meal. It's not fine dining, but tasty food. I enjoyed it, so that's enough.

the attention really sucks, it is clear that they do not like their work, there is no organization in the queues to buy, really unfortunate... this is not fast food!
