The staff is really nice and the location is excellent

But in the other side:
The room is really small also the bathroom, There was no air conditioner, and one window without a curtain.

For my point of view the price is too expensive.
Nice place to stay for a couple of days

Pros: great location, friendly staff, everything was very clean.
Cons: really small room and bathroom, it can be noisy, lots of stairs. I personally find the beds too hard.

Budget hotel in an interesting location. Value for money (for Hamburg...). Super friendly staff but TINY bathroom (even smaller than a IBIS Budget bathroom...). Rooms facing Reeperbahn obviously a little noisy. It's a hotel room for people who don't want to spend too much time in their room. And why should you, the area has so much entertainment on offer.

Excellent budget hotel. Very clean, just next to a Ubahn station. The team in this hotel is awesome and really really helpful

This is a 3 star hotel whose prices compete with 1 star hotels. I stayed here for 3 nights and will be returning for sure. The rooms are super clean and housekeeping is done extremely well everyday. The hotel is in a very good location, near s and u bahns as well as local nightlife and good restaurants. Main receptionist was super friendly and helpful with a really good level of English. The only slight downside I will mention was the small and practical toilet

Be prepared to climb lots of steps to get to the check in desk never mind your room. Only a bed in the room. Bathroom is extremely small and toilet, sink and shower crammed into a 4x4 area. If I knew about stairs then I probably wouldn't have booked as my wife has issues with stairs. The only positive was it's 3 minutes from then underground and other local shops

Small rooms, but they were clean, neat, and comfortable. Great location for tourists.
There are lots of steps - so it may be inconvenient for guests who have a lot of luggages.
