Stayed here because the location had a 9 rating. Yes it's close to the station, however we never felt safe outside the hotel because unsavoury people were smoking crack and shooting up heroine all day in front of the hotel.

Is a very good hotel for transit by train or bus, because is very close to both (5 min. walk to train station and 2 min. to bus station). Very clean, quiet, warm, and all functions proper. It's true that single room is small, but for me it was enough. And the price-quality ratio is unbeatable!

A good hotel very close to the Hamburg Central station and ZOB bus station. The U Bahn stop is 70 m away. The room sizes are big. We felt that the heating was not optimal. The rates are reasonable and breakfast was okay. Overall a good place to stay if you want to stay at a cheap and clean place close to Hamburg Central Station.

3* yes but for sure a 5*service, this was a last minute booking and to be fair enrolled up pretty late. The front desk was very efficient, helpful and polite. Really comfy bed and clean room, as a last minute I would for sure book again. This have a it states on the tin with added customer care

Not enough comfortable for a 3 star hotel, small rooms, old furniture, broken couch and windows, cleaning insufficient. The breakfast room was very small and uncomfortable, there were always people who didn't find a place to eat. Unpleasant and kind of unsafe area for a single woman especially in the dark, close to the metro station, central station and city centre however.

It's the most horrible hotel I've ever seen. Everything is very old, dusty and dirty. The furniture, safe and sink are broken. You have to hear the homeless people who live outside during all the night. Don't recommend!

Staff is very friendly, the bed was clean, the breakfast is quite good
