Customer service is really bad. They deducted money from my account but never sent me a ticket and now they can’t find my payment and they don’t respond to my email to customer support. I’ve never had such a bad customer experience before.

I have used Flixbus services for more than two years now, and my experiences in general were reasonably fine. Prices are fair, busses are usually well kept, and the drivers are usually ok.
Can't say much about the washrooms. I've used it only once, and the conditions were poor. But the reference is to small, so it doesn't mean much in the big picture.
Punctuality is definitely not their strength. At least half of my trips were delayed. More than three times it was more than 1 hour late (twice of them in the line X73 from Hamburg to Copenhagen).
For leisure trips, or any kind of travel in which time is not an issue, I do recommend it. Otherwise, other means of transportation are most likely a better choice.

The bus arrived to Hamburg with a 40 minutes delay, and full of drunk hoolingans that had been drinking on their way here. We found our assignated seat with beer leftovers.

Only flaw is, that it closes at 10.30 pm. Otherwise the place is good for luggage storage, toilets, close vicinity to central station, market and a very posh street for bars and clubs.

From Hamburg to Denmark:
We started 40mins later than planned.
The driver was very unpolite and did not even try to understand what I asked him (I don't even know if he could speak German or English,seemed like he did not....)

Easy to reach, easy to spot, and the place has seating outside the agency hence feel comfortable for older travellers.
Did not have any detailed integration with them. The electronic notice board serves an easy way to track the bus timings
