Rooms Clean. Staff is always friendly. Building is quite old and floors as well as elevators look like they haven't be touched for maintenance in a decade. Rooms are in a clean state. Furniture is in a good state as well. Breakfast is really good for this price class. Parking lots are short for long cars.

The room is furnished in a modern style, with also a very modern and complete bathroom. There is a big flat TV on the wall that allows you to plug your USB drive and watch a film. The size of the room is nice, with a very good level of cleanliness.The neighbourhood is a bit empty, no supermarkets around or many restaurants.

The big bed was actually two single beds together, a bit uncomfortable when you are close to the gap between them.

Check in was not until 3pm, arrived at the hotel at 11am, they did allow us to store out cases in a room along with other cases. Hotel was reasonably priced, not too far from the centre. Walking distance roughly 15 mins. Public transport easy to access from the hotel also. Room was clean and relatively up to date.
We expected a double bed, however it was a double bed base but with two single mattresses, which did effect our sleep. Could possibly have extra pillows in the room also as only one pillow on each mattress.
Staff helpful, some speaking better English than others. On the second night we brought a bottle of wine back to the room, only to find out the hotel do not have a corkscrew. Argh.
The checkout time was very early but was an easy checkout.
As visiting for the Christmas markets, the hotel did have plenty of information/leaflets etc including the Christmas markets, boat trips etc. Water highly priced in the hotel, suggestion - walk over the road to the petrol station is 1/3rd of the price!
Had a nice stay however will probably not stay here again.

Hotel was located in a dull neighbourhood by a very busy road about 1,5 km from the Rathaus market. Easy access to the center with the bus though. We didn't find any supermarkets near by, just a petrol station across the road where you could crab a coffee and a snack. Rooms were very nice and clean. Ok for a good night sleep if you spend the whole day out and don't need to visit the hotel much during the day.

So basically super disappointed because I sent 2 of my co-workers on a business trip to this hotel. The pictures on booking looked nice, so opted for this hotel. Unfortunately this was a big mistake since:
-the hotel does not have any bath robes or slippers
-the towels were torn
-the bathroom was dirty
-there was WIFI with no access to the internet
-the blankets either were for children or for dwarves.

This hotel is a tragedy...

Very reasonably priced, looks much better inside than on the outside. Bus stop right there, S-bahn stop within 7 minute walk, central train station within 15 minute walk. Spectacular breakfast. The rooms are smallish, but clean and comfortable. The free WiFi runs on a dated security protocol, this will trip up the newer devices.

An excellent hotel in my opinion! The rooms were really clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast was pretty tasty and it is not far from the city center! Bus stop is just outside of the hotel and S-Bahn is 7 minutes away on foot! I highly recommend this hotel! Also if you ever come here meet Martin in the reception! He is the most helpful guy in the hotel and he knows the best places to visit in the city!!!
